Thomas W. Evans is an employment attorney and civil trial lawyer with substantial experience, having tried 10 cases to verdict or judgment. Mr. Evans has represented a wide range of clients including individuals, national and international corporations, businesses in the financial and banking industries, publishing and other media organizations, and companies in the healthcare, construction, insurance, food services, office supply and chain department store industries in all aspects of complex civil litigation. His current practice is almost exclusively advising and representing plaintiffs in employment matters.

  • employment and employment practices litigation;
  • advice and negotiation regarding employment contracts;
  • defending individuals against claims that they breached non-competition or non- solicitation provisions;
  • review and advising employees regarding separation and severance agreements;
  • litigating misclassification claims on behalf of employees;
  • advising employees and litigating claims of wrongful termination; and
  • representing employees in connection with relocation agreements.
